Complaints to MYOB

How can you complain to MYOB and get some action on numerous occasions I have been on the phone waiting for over and hour to be told when answered that they will need to get another expert. Then you will wait fo 30 to  45 mins to be told they need another expert and the phone goes dead. This has happened nearly every time we have rang , when you are paying a book keeper 80 dollars an hour it is ridiculous.

if I my business had customer service like this we wouldn’t have. It’s getting time to move on to another product after 8 years
