Error exporting to retail.txt

Im using an old version of Retail Manager on my Windows 10 PC.  For the first time I cannot export the accounting data to a txt file.   The following message appears:

 

Error occured exporting journal entries to CExport MYOB Journal.

Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface.

 

I have been using the same process every month for more than a decade with no issues and no changes.  Have checked the path in the accounting options and all looks good, but unable to export the data for my accountant.

 

Any help appreciated.  Thanks.

Following email communications to customers on 1st March 2022, MYOB RetailManager has been sold to AAAPOS Pty Ltd.

Thank you for the update, I will call them.  I am hoping a fellow community member may have had this problem and can help in  a more timely manner.
