RetailManager 12.5 invoice number not record in customer account or debtor payments

We have RetailManager 12.5 installed and recently migrated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. The migration went well and everything seems to work but we have lost some of our settings. One of the noticeable ones is the fact that invoice numbers are not be recorded in customer accounts or in debtor payments section.

Anyone one we noticed is that the purchase order number is not appearing on printed invoices. 

Any help with these problems would be greatly appericated

Hi @BobZappala

 

Are you able to clarify what you are seeing under the Invoice No. column of the Debtor Payments section of your RetailManager?

 

If you were using a previously customised invoice on one computer and had moved to another computer, you would need to copy the customised form from the old computer to the new one, as if you have performed a fresh install of RetailManager on a computer it does overwrite any existing customised forms.
