We spent an entire Saturday afternoon counting all our stock only to find we had failed to change the drop down menu from "Single item stocktake" to Full stocktake". We only discovered the error when trying to close the count and continue the next day. Our only options were to commit the count or cancel. We left the computer turned on overnight and I am trying to resolve this issue today.
Can I change the setting to "Full stocktake" now?
If I complete the stocktake, counting every item in the store. will I be offered the choice to set uncounted items to zero quantity?
