renaming bulk item numbers

Hello,

I have exported bulk item numbers and I would like to add a symbol to the beginning of the item number names and import it back into Myob.  I keep coming up with error 1015. Can someone let me know what this means or the best way to rename item numbers in bulk please?

If you're encountering this problem in Retail Manager, we would recommend contactingAAAPOS Support directly on Australia 1300 555 115 | New Zealand +61 3 8400 3083.  This is because following email communications to customers on 1^st March 2022, MYOB RetailManager has been sold to AAAPOS Pty Ltd.

This cannot be done from within RM in bulk. However, I have an app, StockUpdateRM, that allows barcodes to be changed in bulk using Excel spreadsheets. The app both exports to Excel and imports from Excel. As it exports the unique stock_id for each item, this can bu used to match import records and alter both barcode and description, unlike RetailManager's import.

I use AccountRight, would it be possible to use this to change the item code in bulk via an import/export?
