unable to confirm my data file

Hi, I am unable to confirm my data file. While trying the online confirmation, it just returns a blank code.

 

Please advise me what to do since I am unable to call the automated phone activation Thank you so much

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource.

 

Having a look at your account, I note that your file had become locked preventing further confirmations. I have adjusted this so now you should be able to confirm your company file.

HI @VinceM

 

Are you able to clarify exactly what is coming up blank? As when you are confirming your shopfront file online, you should see your serial number and a company file code. If both of these are valid then when you click on the Next button your file will connect to our system and then if everything is correct your file will be confirmed and you will see a message confirming this.
