ATO reporting category errors

When I "check payroll details" ,I found errors to fix but they all are assigned in grey & I can't change them. They are for PAYG withholding & super.  Error saying "PayrollCategory_InvalidStpCategory. Pls assist me as I called 3 times to talk with support team but still unsuccessful.
