AccountEdge Network Edition termination code 1220 when filing STP

Hi Everyone

 

We are aware of reports from some AccountEdge Network clients who have been experiencing a termination code 1220 error when trying to lodge their STP returns. This is something that our team are looking into

 

In the meantime if you need to submit your STP return, as a temporary workaround, signing in using single user mode, not multi user mode will allow you to submit those STP reports.

 

You can sign on using single user mode by selecting it when signing into the file
