In the set up payroll reporting can i just put the date in the Lodge Pays via STP from field and not to enter the agent information? If I put the date does it mean that from that date I have to sent all payroll data to ATO?

When setting up STP you do need to go through both sections of checking the payroll categories and then connecting to the ATO and fill in all of the appropriate fields. The reporting from date is just the date that you are going to be reporting STP from, which is typically your next pay day. Once you do set up the STP reporting, then you do need to start using STP reporting from that point
