Annual Leave loading not adding to payroll process

Hi I am processing payroll and when i add the hours for "annual leave loading" the monetary amount appears but its not adding to the total amount to pay the employee.  Can someone advise what the change is please.

Thanks for your post. So that I can assist with this can you let me know if you are using AccountRight or MYOB Business/Essentials? Can you also provide screenshots of the annual leave loading pay item set up and a sample pay transaction. Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.
