Cannot conect to ATO for STP reporting

I have downloaded the new AccountRight and upgraded my Company file, connect all our computers to my server edition... all good.

Assigned all the payroll categories to the ATO categories.

The went to 'Connect to the ATO' - followed prompts - AND I DO HAVE AN MYOB ACCOUNT.

'YOU NEED AN MYOB ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE'

'SORRY YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS - PLEASE CALL SUPPORT'

I am not going to call support and wait on line for hours..

PLEASE help.. I have to do wages tomorrow.

Hello @cramptons 

 

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing complications Connecting to the ATO for STP reporting .

 

Having a look at your accounts,  for product serial number xxxx xxxx 3440, the owner user created 12/06/2019 was not for your forum user axxxx@cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxs.com.au , but crxxxxxxx@bixxxxx.com (C.D.).

 

As the owner user, this account will need to be the one to add  other users  to the file, and also determine/Change a user’s online access level .   The error message "You need an MYOB account to continue" will appear if the user is not registered as AccountRight Live Owner or Admin when performing that step in STP onboarding.

 

With STP reporting, you will likely also need to consider if you want/need to Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting  , however, this step will be done after users have been added to the file by the owner/administrator.

Hi Andrew,

We no longer have access to the old email address.??

The new on is the one I use for all the MYOB logins.

So what do I do now?  Certainly can't access the old address to get verification etc.

Frustrating.

Also, I have checked with the my.myob account with all logins etc.

our new email is used for all logins - and has been for years.

How do I fix this, as I need to lodge with the ATO, after doing wages today.
