Cannot conntect to ATO - STP

I tried to connect MYOB to the ATO, but everytime it pops up 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'. I have no problem with my internet connection and my MYOB file is online which I have no problem accessing the data. Not sure what's wrong? I tried both IE and Google Chrome as my default browser and both program are up to date - none worked.

 

Anyone help?

Hi @CCE_NSW

 

To resolve this the first thing you'll need to check is the version of Internet Explorer you are using.

You will need to be using v11 and above.

 

If you still get the issue after upgrading this or it already is upgraded please follow the steps listed on this post here.

 

If you still experience issues after trying those please let us know.
