I keep getting a message to ensure digital certificate has been installed corectly.
Account Edge Pro on a Mac Computer and the SID is registered with the ATO.
Is this a computer, software or ATO problem ?

Although I haven’t seen that specific error, similar errors around certificates relate to the Mac itself and how it handles storing and retrieving of digital certificates. I’d recommend speaking with your IT professional on checking these certificates and ensure your Mac is handling them correctly

My Failing was I did not install AccountEdge STP Certificate which was part of the upgrade package

When installed, and reinstalled v18, i didn't see anything about the STP certificate during the process. Can you give me any clues?

Hi @LeoF
If you weren’t seeing a prompt to install the STP certificate when installing AccountEdge on that Mac, it may be that the settings on your Mac allowed it to be installed as part of the regular installation without a separate prompt.
You can confirm that the certificate has installed successfully by submitting an STP report to the ATO. If there was any issues with the certificate installation I would expect an error message to pop up
