EOFY Verification report not matching payroll register for one employee. It hasn't picked up some of his gross wage or any of his super. Tax is OK.

Check if he's been terminated. If he has you have to unterminate him in his employee card file and reactivate him and unterminate him in the ATO notification area.
I had to unterminate all my terminated employees to get the two reports to match.
