Does anyone have the same issue with Gross Wages not being reported and sent through STP.
I have double checked the payroll categories are assigned correctly. When I view the payment summaries the gross payments are correct but when sending through STP its zero.
When I start the EOFY finalisation process PAYG year to date is listed but nothing against Gross Wages.

It's very frustrating, not being able to speak to someone about these issues.
I think there's a software problem.

Even it's only 1 person that's effected ??
My STP is not balancing, and I believe it is a SOFTWARE PROBLEM - as the Payroll Register + my wages books are the same, all pays loaded to the ATO portal = these figures, but the MYOB payroll reporting centre total is out 1 pay for 1 person ! I have checked all the STP payments with ATO portal and they are the same. There is something VERY VERY wrong.

Just do a $0 pay for that one employee. There have been issues with the verification report not retrieving the correct data.

I have already run a zero payroll and it hasnt worked but this was 4 days ago. Has MYOB done an update in the last few days?
