EOFY report doesn't match my payroll summary

The last wage for my last employee on my payroll (that has been terminated) is not showing up in my EOFY finalisation report or my YTD verification report but it is in every other report in MYOB, and their YTD total is correct in the last weeks payrol I processed for them.

Thank you for your post. If an employees pay is showing on some reports but missing from the Payroll Report Centre specific reports, this is because the information hasn't been sent through STP. It is most likely because they have been terminated or are inactive.

 

To check if this is the case, open the Employee Card and confirm the following:

  1. Go to Profile and ensure the Inactive Card is not ticked 
  2. Go to Payroll Details > Personal Details and ensure the Termination Date is blank
  3. Do an update event (Process is dependent on which version of STP you are using, please refer to instructions here: How to send an Update Event
