Hi Everyone,
This is still being worked on by our teams as a top priority. Once a solution has been found, affected clients will be communicated with the next steps once they are available.

Hi @Sam_R,
The ETP figures on the summary report of the affected employee is now correct.
However, the figures on the Verification report are still incorrect. The ETP taxable component is over by $9,500, and ETP tax withholding is double up.
How do I correct this? Thank you

Hi @Jess
If the employee's individual Summary of Payments report is reflecting correctly, you should finalise this employee as it is not the verification report that is being sent to the ATO for your employees, it is their Summary of Payments report.
Do let me know if you had any further queries.

Hello – is MYOB close to a resolution on this issue?
I have two employees affected with ETP payment errors. ALL my MYOB reports agree Payroll Activity, Payroll Register and Payroll Summary, and there is no processing error.
YET both employees figures are incorrect on the YTD Verification report on the STP reporting EOFY finalisation screen.
Please advise when this is going to be fixed? Can MYOB not push this through manually?
All other (non-ETP) employees figures are correct and have been finalised.

Hi @KazzyB,
Thank you for your post.
Could you please confirm if you have processed a $0 pay run for those employees dated 30th June?

I have for one entity, but cannot for the other as i keep getting an error message that 1 item needs to be fixed and check payroll details. I have "income type is needed" however all categories have been assigned and it is not clear which category it wants fixed. I have checked all for this employee and cannit identify the issue.
as for the first entity the issue is now resolved and finalised.
what is the income type needed on this issue?

Hi @KazzyB,
Thanks for letting me know.
The 'Income Type' error message is referring to the employee's card > Payroll Details > Taxes > Income Type.
Let me know how you go and if this resolves the issue.
