Can MYOB please provide an ETA on when they will be fixing the STP reporting error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000389. I already sent payroll reports before learning of the MYOB advice not to send them until this technical issue within MYOB can be fixed, and now I cannot even 'create a new payrun'. Any update would be greatly appreciated.

This a known issue and set as high priority, there is no estimated timeframe as of the moment but rest assured that we'll provide communications and updates regarding this matter. That response with attached link isn't helpful to my issue as I cannot even commence 'create a pay run' at all. I have my hands tied until MYOB can fix their technical issue. Thanks.

Yes I get a message saying I haven't reported the BMS ID, however both MYOB support and the Australian Taxation Office have confirmed that I have and this message is incorrect.

Thank you for the reply. If you are reporting your payroll information on the STP 2. Can you please go to Payroll >> select Single Touch Payroll reporting >> select ATO settings >> scroll down to select the Edit STP Business details >> select the Edit STP Business details again on the pop up box >> select Get Started and complete the 7 steps to notify and report your BMS ID to the ATO again.

As previously mentioned this step has already been completed and both MYOB support and the Australian Taxation Office have confirmed this. This is now a MYOB technical issue and i have a MYOB case number. My question is about an ETA on fixing this technical issue as I cannot use MYOB Payroll until this issue is rectified by MYOB.
