@LynnChang the employee IDs you have provided are relatively large. Do you have a number of employees? Are you able to just check that you are providing the Employee ID on the card, not the Card ID?
@gail1 Can you please provide the company file ID of the file affected - Help>>About AcccountRight. Do note that this particular post is aimed at correcting double values of ETPs in the Payroll Reporting Centre. If you are experiencing a different situation, like ETPs not appearing, is outside of the scope of this thread.

@Amelia_P - it looks like you are attempting to process the pay in the locked period and do go to Setup>>Preferences>>Security and untick lock period.
@tracyi - From my understanding, you can reverse that transaction, it doesn't need to be deleted. However, I've just asked for further clarification from the team just to make sure that it's the best way forward, I'll let you know when I have heard back.
