I reported this yesterday over the phone. Now when I run a nil payrun the ETP is blank. Its not in there at all anymore. Yesterday it was duplicated and now its nil.

All sorted now. Had to reverse the ETP and repost.

@AussieLift , @Accounts-FCA , @tracyi , @CherieHoh  I notice that you are all using AccountRight. Can you clarify the company file ID of the file affected - Help>>About AccountRight.

@Amelia_P  the employee IDs you have provided are relatively large. Do you have a number of employees? Are you able to just check that you are providing the Employee ID on the card,  not the Card ID?

@StacieS  @AussieLift  @Accounts-FCA we have removed those ETPs for the employees. You would need to delete and reprocess that ETP payment again as per Steps of Correction in the original post.

@Stins the team have been unable to locate ETPs information for those employees. Do ensure that you have reviewed the initial post and that you have provided the correct serial number, company file ID and employee IDs.

Thank you for providing that information. We have removed those ETPs for the employees. You would need to delete (reverse) and reprocess that ETP payment again as per Steps of Correction in the original post.
