ETP/Early Termination Payment appearing as double in the Payroll Reporting Centre

Hello,

In regards to my previous posts.  I received an email advising me the ETP numbers are now correct.  I checked the Payroll Reporting Centre summary payment, noted the doubled ETP's where still showing and as per the forum post I deleted the ETP payments and posted again through payroll.  This did nothing to correct the doubled up ETPS, and only increased the number??

ETP - Tax Free Component O 2019-06-30 $0.00
ETP - Taxable Component O 2019-06-30 $1800.00
ETP - Tax Withholding O 2019-06-30 $576.00
ETP - Tax Free Component O 2019-03-20 $0.00
ETP - Taxable Component O 2019-03-20 $1800.00
ETP - Tax Withholding O 2019-03-20 $576.00

Please help!

I think we have an ETP double up and would appreciate your help with fixing it.  Our employee ID is "0061" and the last 4 digits of our serial number are "0399".  All help gratefully accepted!!

Thank you for posts and bearing with us.

An update to the Payroll Reporting Centre was released yesterday (11/07/2019) that allows the user to Undo a Termination Payment of an employee. For further information do see Help Article: Deleting an employment termination payment AccountRight| MYOB Essentials.
