ETP/Early Termination Payment figures were x3 in the Payroll Reporting Centre

I have 1 employee terminated in FY2022 and she gave us 1 week notice prior to her termination date. We prepared her final pay with ETP for the payment in lieu of notice.

However, when we report the information to finalise her STP, the ETP figures are multiplied by 3 in her Summary of payment report.

I tried reversing the ETP payslip and run a $0 payroll to update the STP but the amount is only decrease by the amount of ETP in the payslip, it didn't go to $0.
