Error code 401; unauthorised when trying to get software ID using AccountEdge STP payroll

Today I got an Error code 401; unauthorised when trying to get software ID using AccountEdge STP payroll

I have been succesfully processing payrolls every week until this morning when this has occured

Hi @WrenEnt 

 

We are aware of an issue where users will receive that error code when sending payroll information to the ATO or clicking Get Software ID. This is being investigated by our developers. In the meantime, you can try the following workarounds:

 

a. Install Chrome and set as default browser or,

b. Install AE Pro and open file in local computer or,

c. Setup a new MAC user profile and install AE
