Error code 403

I am receiving an error code 403 when trying to submit my STP file with the ATO. I had this problem last year and it has resurfaced. I am working with a Mac Mojave version 10.14.6 and running MYOB AccountEdge Pro.

I'm also getting the same error. I've downloaded the latest certificate .dmg file. tried deleting the certificate in keychain access (as suggestested in other posts), re-inalled the certificate, but I see in keychain access that the certificate for me has an expiration date of 12 February 2023. Is there an updated STP certificate .dmg file we can doownload per chance?

Otherwise is there some work-around for getting this info to the ATO?

Was on a "support" chat with MYOB for over 2.5 hours today. Finally got through to a technical specialist who simply came back with 'AccountEdge Pro' is no longer supported. Doesn't help me at all seeing as I have the okay from the ATO to use the old STP till end of June 2023, at which time I would have migrated to a new acounting system. Just a heads-up if anyone else is in this situation.

I have spend hours today trying to work out why I cannot upload my Payroll for 25 February 2023 to ATO.

I am also using Accountedge Pro. 

My question now is, do we have to use a separate Single Touch Reporting Software to report to ATO?
