Error code CMN.ATO.PATEVNT.EM41044

Hi all,

when i lodged the STP- failed, showing the erroe code CMN.ATO.PATEVNT.EM41044, 

description as " the branch code that was provided was for PAYG instalment, please provide a branch code that is for PAYG withholding".

Anybody can help this please? Thank you.

Thank you for your post. You may be using a branch code that applies to a PAYG Instalment. PAYG Instalment is based on your business and PAYG Withholding is based on your employees. I recommend reaching out to the ATO if you need help with your branch code.
