I need help to delete an old online file please

I need to upload a current file to activate the STP2 function.  There is an old file already uploaded.  I have tried restoring a backup but that didn't work either.

As the restore online did not work, this generally means the original file uploaded had a different File ID to the one you are trying to restore. A moderator would need to first remove the file that is currently online. It may be useful in the mean time to update this post with the File ID of the file you want to put online (see under Help > About AccountRight). The moderator can check the File ID of the file that is currently online and advise what to do.

Thought I would mention that if you prefer not to go online just for STP Phase 2, you can keep your file offline and still comply with STP Phase 2. You would need to use a different STP Reporting solution instead of MYOB's. For example STP Creator which was specifically developed for offline MYOB files (all versions). Cost is around $100 for up to 4 employees or around $220 for up to 20. There are also other STP reporting portals which you can use with offline files however most require you to re-enter YTD totals each time.

False alarm - the backup worked but it won't open in the browser.  Opens as online in the old format
