Hey guys,
Had this issue a little while back where one of our clients was trying to post their payroll but kept coming up with the following error (See first screenshot). We eventually fixed the issue by upgrading the client to the newest version of windows as her AR was no longer compatible with her older version.
However, we have since been getting a new error in which the client tries to post the STP and comes comes back with the following error (See second screenshot). From what I can see online this is an issue regarding that we have not notified the ATO about STP and supplies the correct software ID. However, I had called up only a month or so ago to fix this error and now it is popping back up again?
Just wanted to see if anyone had any answers? the fact that we have already contacted the ATO and supplied the software ID only for it to come up with the error again, signals to me that it must be on MYOB's end?
Kindest regards,
