Hi Guys,
Are any others finding glitches with the EOY Finalisations STP Reporting YTD verifications and summary reports??
Is this anything to do with the last update yesterday ?
All of our terminated employees are showing errors in their listings with missing payroll categories and super guarantee missing on some completely.
Question: As we have now updated our payroll categories to STP2 ... is this contributing to the errors for previously terminated employees in this financial year??
I don't want to run dummy payroll on 30 + employees if it is a MYOB glitch. Can someone from HQ assist?

We are having the same issue also. Terminated employees with glitches with balancing to the STP . Is there an issue internally with the update or could it be to do with updating for STP2 and the employees being previously terminated in the financial year?

If employees are terminated in Phase 1 and not made active and their termination dates removed prior to moving to Phase 2, they are not included in the transition to Phase 2 because their cards are inactive. This means that they won't report correctly in Phase 2.
To resolve this you will need to remove their termination dates, make their cards active then send an update event to transition their data to Phase 2. Once that report is accepted recheck the YTD verification report.
