Payment Summaries

Hi have an employee who was emailed her payment summary like all of my othr employees and cant seem to find it anymore.  She has registered with MyGov and she tells me that ATO and tax agent have searched online and cant seem to find her payment summary.  The ATO doesnt understand why its not showing.  Ive closed that file and cant access it to resend it to her.  I can see the date it was sent to her in my sent emails.  Thank you

If you do need to re-print/re-email a payment summary can be reproduced through the Prepare Payment Summary process. You would be looking at going through that process again and then re-printing or re-emailing that payment summary again (Step 7: Review the Payment Summaries).

Note: You can only produce a payment summary for the current payroll year you are in. You can see the current payroll year you are in via Setup>>General Payroll Information - Current Payroll Year ends. If you are needing to have those payment summaries for a previous payroll year you would be looking at restoring a backup - File>>Restore.
