Payroll reporting issue

Hi there,

Since Friday I am continually receiving the following message when I try to access Payroll Reporting.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have also discovered that the Pay Super contributions from the previous have not gone through ("Reversal Required" - have never seen this before).

Just wondering if this could be a browser compatibility issue although my set up has been fine until now???

Hi @MicheleB

 

Thank you for your post. If you're still experiencing this, can I please confirm if this error only appears when using the browser interface or does it appear when you try to access the payroll reporting through AccountRight ? 

 

In regards to your superannuation issue, I can see our team have emailed you an update in regards to this yesterday.

Hi Melisa,

 

Thank you for your response.

 

The error was appearing when I accessed Payroll Reporting through AccountRight and thankfully when I tried again on Monday morning it was no longer happening.

 

Yes, the super issue was apparently a clearing house issue and will hopefully be resolved soon.
