Payroll runs missing on ATO and no way to update them

Hi,
I was migrated to the online MYOB from the AccountRight desktop version, and it seems whoever migrated it didn't migrate the link to the ATO properly.  I re-registered with STP, but I had run two payruns on the online version before discovering that they are not registered with STP.

Any attempts to get them sent have failed.  I have tried sending multiple zero balance payruns but these two never get sent to the ATO.  Nearly four hours on live chat didn't help, and the person who said he would follow up did not do so.  So I am trying to fix it myself.

Are there any other tricks that I have missed to get these across, or some manual way to get the data entered?  The ATO doesn't seem to have any way to manually enter them.

Re: Payroll runs missing on ATO and no way to update them

Hi @mcgd

Only pay runs recorded after STP is set up are sent to the ATO. However, those previously recorded pay runs are included in the YTD amounts sent when you declare the first STP report so you don't need to do anything.

To check the YTD amounts are correct, run the Payroll activity report for the YTD and STP reporting centre>>Reports tab>>click on the most recent report>>View Employee YTD report.

Please let me know if you need further help.
