Hope someone can help.
I have just upgraded to Account Right 2018 (from Premier v19) to prepare for STP. I have gone through the Check Payroll Details tab and I have a problem with my PAYG category. When I open it, the ATO Reporting category is PAYG Withholding however when I click OK I get an error message - "PayrolleCategory_InvalidStpCategory".
What has gone wrong and how do I fix it.
Thanks

Hi @StacieS
Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great source of information.
From my initial investigations this suggests this file would need to come in for a repair by our Datafile Repair team. There is a setting that needs to be changed on the Backend that we can fix.
To get the ball rolling, I just need a few details from you. Can you please send me a Private Message containing:

Hi @Paulette
The way this issue was resolved was by having your file submitted to our Datafile Repair team to resolve. Though since then we have now built a quicker way of getting these fixed by running some database scripts over the file.
Here are the details of fixing this quickly:
If your company file is online:
We can run an Online Script, please send me a Private Message containing:
You can send me a Private Message by hovering your mouse over my Avatar and clicking Send Message on the popup.
Once I have run the script, you can close and re-open your software.
If your datafile is local:
You can download a Hotfix tool that applies the script offline. Here are the details involved:
Task 1 - Back up your Company File:
You should always create a backup of your company file before completing any maintenance tasks. For instructions, see: Back up your company file
Task 2 - Use the repair tool:
Before using this tool, make sure you have backed up your company file as described in the previous task.
Complete these steps on the computer where the company file is stored, or has been checked out to:
Click Browse and locate your company file in the My AccountRight Files folder here:
C:\Users\<user.name>\My Documents\MYOB\My AccountRight Files (where is the name of the person currently logged into Windows)
OR
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\MYOB\My AccountRight files
I hope this helps you and other Users with this error.
Cheers,
Hayden

Hi Hayden
We have had our IT people run the Hotfix on our server version and it has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions on what to try next?
Thanks

Hi @KirrilyJ
Step 7 refers to finding your AccountRight file in your Library.
This can be found in the relevant directory on the computer, if you have not changed it then it should be default depending on the installer you used.
I recommend looking at this support note: Manage libraries
If you could not find the files in the relevant directories, you can use the FAQ's to learn how to find the MYOX file on your computer.
Please let us know how you go.
Cheers,
Hayden
