RESOLVED: STP issue - Something has gone wrong 14/10/2019

Hi everyone,

 

Current Status: Resolved  14/10/2019 4:36 AM (AEST)

 

Products: AccountRight and Essentials Accounting

We are aware that currently clients are receiving the following error message from AccountRight Live and Essentials when accessing the Payroll Reporting Centre:

Our teams are investigaing the cause right now, we realise how important it is to resolve it as quickly as possible.


We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during the mean time.
