Reporting pays before setting up STP

I did two payruns before I registered with the ATO for STP.  How do I do let them know. I have contacted the ATO and they said I had to do it through MYOB

Have you done and reported a pay since you have registered for Payroll Reporting (STP)?

 

If so, then you are good to go. As Payroll Reporting is based on year-to-date information when you have reported your first set of pays to the ATO that previous pay history would have also been included and sent through.

 

If not, then when you next process your pays just report them a per normal. The year-to-date information will flow through and be reported with that particular pay.
