Hi there,
I have tried to transfer my company file over to STP 2. When I begin the process in myob an internet page opens requesting to link user ID and asks for ID and password. I dont know these details as they're different to my myob login details.
I do not have a user access option in the file. I am the administrator and only myself and the accountant has access. Can someone please assist me with this ASAP as its holding me up with transferring over to STP2.

Thanks for your post. Generally if you're the administrator the user name is Administrator and password blank, unless a password has been created for the Administrator user ID. Can you try this ?

Hi Melisa,
It's no longer asking me to Link User ID. Now it's going straight to an error message. I believe this is because the file is missing from the my business list in the app online.
How do I go about getting back on?
This file was removed from my cloud and restored by MYOB.
Other users cannot see this file online either.
