I have a client who I helped set up with STP and up until recently everything was working fine. Now the user is not an authorisor anymore? I can see another user set up but not the one that needs to declare in this instance.
See error message below. My client is asking me to help them with this how do I assist them to get it back up and running or does the client need to call MYOB themselves to sort it out?

We are able to resolve this by post, I can look into why they are no longer listed as an Admin and get them re-added correctly.
I will Private Message you for some details so that we can have them listed as Owner/Admin again.
