STP Issues

Hi there,

 

We have been reporting through STP for 9 months, however as of this week I'm now receiving the following message "You need an AccountRight Subscription to Report Through STP".

 

What has changed and what do I need to do to fix it?

Hi Tash, this just happened to us too ~ have succesfully using STP for two months and our subscription is current.  Just spoke with tech support ~ they advised there was a background glitch (not sure if for all users, or if just for us) ~ after holding for a while, the problem was resolved.  Hope yours is resolved soon too.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.This situation has been resolved with bulk change at our end on Wednesday(04/09/19). 

@Tash2019 I see that @AliK607 is assisting you with this. @KHCO  I am glad you were able to resolve this issue by calling the contact centre.
