STP Phase 2 - CDEP Payments ATO Reporting Category not showing

Hi,

I am getting ready for STP Phase 2 and as such have been going through our 'Wages' Payroll Category List and note that the 'CDEP Payments' ATO Reporting Category (Phase 2) is not showing however MYOB's instructions indicate to allocate as such as below:

Phase 1                 Phase 2               More info                                                                                          ATO link

CDEP Payments

CDEP Payments

Assign payroll categories for:

  • Community Development Employment Project (CDEP) scheme wages
  • CDEP scheme participant supplement from a Centrelink payment.
CDEP payme

Is this category going to become availabe in the future or is there another category I should be allocating?

Thanks.

Hi @AFOS1

We're still working with the ATO on all the requirements for Phase 2 and will continue to update our software accordingly. As we get closer to the start date of 1 January 2022 we will provide help articles, Community Forum posts and in-product messages to guide you through the changes.
