STP Reporting as NIL

I have a clients file that has for the past 2 weeks reported STP as NIL.  Nothing has changed and payroll has been processed as normal but when I look at what was reported both Gross and PAYG are both NIL ...... I have checked the reporting categories and everything is fine .... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a display glitch as the figures will still be reporting correctly in the year-to-date (YTD) verification report but will still show zero under the Reports tab. In order to fix this, change the Employment Basis for the impacted employees in their card file to something else, save the changes and then change the Employment Basis back to what it was. On declaring the next payrun, the reports should be displayed properly.
