STP - Single Touch Payroll - Employee ID is invalid

I have added an ID for all current employees.  I am still getting this message for all ex employees.  Is this an issue, what do i have to do?

Hi @SuzanneHCD

 

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great source of information.

 

In 2018.1 the Check Payroll Details function did pick up older Employees and ask for Card ID's in those also. This should be fixed in 2018.2.

 

To update to 2018.2, you can download the installer here: Getting the latest version
