STP = Single Touch payroll

Just found out today with the ATO and MYOB that MYOB is not fully ATO compliant with STP - what a disppointment.

Am contacting the ATO now to see how I can get payroll information to them as MYOB were no help at all.

Just warning everyone.

Re: STP = Single Touch payroll

Hi @FHG

Welcome to the Community Forum!

I do apologise if you were given incorrect information when you called through to us today. I have emailed you so I can be in contact and clear up any misinformation.

For anyone else coming across this post, I can confirm that MYOB is fully compliant with Single Touch Payroll reporting to the ATO. We have had clients reporting through since March this year.

Re: STP = Single Touch payroll

I have spoken with Emma and recevied the correct information and feel a lot more reassured that I can comply with the ATO's STP requirements through MYOB.

Thank you very much Emma for resolving the issue.
