STP Subscription Fee

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue while trying to login into the Online Payroll Reporting Centre. I attach a screenshot below for the message that I've got from MYOB.

 

It seems that we have to pay a separate subscription fee for STP reporting?

 

However, I currently only have 1 company file and didn't have this issue previously.

Thank you for the post!

 

If you can send a private message with the details:

  1. The serial number of the company file (Setup>>Company Information).
  2. Email Address
  3. Company File ID
  4. File is online/offline

Hi @nicoleo 

 

I've gone through the company files that you do have access to and can only locate the one company file that does appear to have this issue (the Nxxxxx Sands file). I've corrected that one for you. You may be prompted just to Connect to the ATO again, if so just follow the on-screen prompts.

 

If you do have any other files that are encountering that message do feel free to send me a private message on this Forum with the product serial number (Setup>>Company Information) and the company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight) so we can investigate that file.

Hi I'm having exactly the same issue. I know we have a subscription and have been successfully reporting since 1/7/19 so I'm not sure why it's coming up with that message now.

So we can investigate that subscription and account further can you send me a private message with the serial number in the company file (Setup>>Company Information) and the Company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight) that is encountering that message.

In theory, the situation has been resolved with a bulk change at our end on Wednesday of this week (04/09/2019) so this particular situation will not occur*.

 

If you are still encountering that situation, so we can investigate further can you send me a private message on this Forum with the following information:

  • The serial number in the company file - Setup>>Company Information
  • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

*Exception being if the client doesn't have a free active AccountRight subscription for that particular company file
