How do I send you a private message in reply to your email below as I have an employee who terminated employment 1 Oct 2021 and my year to date verification report and payroll register are out by the employee annual gross salary,. Her summary of payments only shows PAYG - No gross income or Super G. I have spent two days now taking advice, changing her employee card, running $0 pay runs etc all to no avail.

Hi we have a situation where an employee was paid unused holiday and LSL in January. The STP lodgement for january is correct, the annual payroll summary and register are correct, however the annual verification and STP finalisation report do not show these amounts on the respective Lump Sum A tabs on the payment summary? I have tried removing the termination date and also processed a zero payrun for him as at 25/6 and still does not appear. Please advise what we need to do or is there a current bug in the system? thank you

No - have tried running 0 pay runs, checked wage categories - no change yet.
