I recently attended a MYOB STP workshop which was suppposed to run for 2 hours. This only ended up taking 1 hour and the person presenting the workshop was not able to answer many of the questions raised by attendees (which was not necessarily their fault). I was under the impression this workshop would be more hands on and in depth.
After researching on the internet I actually found more information than was provided at the workshop. Subsequently, I felt the cost of this workshop was definitely not worth the money.
I am also quite annoyed that the first upgrade for STP which we have had installed by our IT company and paid for is not completely up and running and we will have to pay again to have installed when the next upgrade becomes available - which after phoning MYOB cannot advise me when this will be.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Single Touch Payroll Workshop. The workshop is intended to provide an overview of the Single Touch Payroll and meeting your requirements in relation to that.
In terms of the AccountRight product, the AccountRight 2018.1 release (which is the current one), is designed to get clients ready for Single Touch Payroll. This done via the Check Payroll Details tool available by accessing Payroll>>Payroll Reporting. The next release, AccountRight 2018.2, is focused on delivering that Single Touch Payroll process to clients. At this stage, we don't have an estimated release date as the update is still being finalised and the Single Touch Payroll systems tested ahead of the release before the end of the payroll year.

Unfortunately Check Payroll Details is not up and running yet !
The message reads "Something went wrong at our end - Sorry about that. You'll need to come back later and try again" ?????

Can you give more of an indication of when exactly does that particular message occur? i.e. does it occur when you are going to Payroll>>Payroll Reporting and you get that message or are you selecting something inside the window?
