I need to add another person to STP for reporting to the ATO. I found the support notes but I could not duplicate the steps in AccountRight. I phoned technical support and the operator kindly emailed me the same support notes as i had already sourced. With her assistance I tried to duplicate the steps again no success. The operator said she would transfer to MYOB specialist. I waited for over 20min and gave up as my family are waiting on their evening meal. In total I was on the phone for 45mns. Not happy at all. Now I will have to repeat the whole process again tomorrow.

Emma from Payroll kindly phoned me and arranged to phone on Tuesday morning. After a discussion she said she would call back after 15mins (I wasn't expecting her to stick exactly to the 15mins) however it is now Wednesday afternoon and I still have not received the call back. I did try to go through the Support phone line again but it said the wait was at least 30 minutes so I terminated the call. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from MYOB would be kind enoough to ask Emma to call me please.
