STP failed to lodge due to MYOB denying access.

To an MYOB Team Member, I set up the STP and submitted my first Payroll without any issues. Second time, I have an MYOB window saying, "Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company. Please check with someone in the who can or call our support team on 1300 555 123" It is now out of business hours so obviously I received a recorded message to ring back in office hours. I processed the payment on my side regardless. Then logged into ATO Access Manager to verify my access. I am definitely there! So, what do I do now? Help! Thank you. Susan

Re: STP failed to lodge due to MYOB denying access.

that error normally means your email is not set up as an admin/owner on myob's end. myob support can change that if they can verify you are the owner of the account.

if you're not, you'll need to get someone else to set you up in my.myob.
