STP finalisation done but not received by ATO

Hi!

 

My client has done the STP finalisation for 2021/22 but confirmed by ATO that no finalisation has been sent through.

 

In MYOB, the "Final indicator" are all ticked under EOFY Finalisation. Under STP reports, the STP report status for the finalisation event shown as "Accepted with errors. The good news is this report has been accepted by the ATO. But, there are a few things you need to fix before your next pay run. These are listed below."

 

Please help as the finalisation is over due.

Hi @CharlesLi 

 

Thanks for your post. If the report has the status Accepted with errors you will need to fix the errors then re-do the finalisation. If you can send me a screenshot of the errors I'll be happy to assist with resolving them.

 

The Help Article, Fix rejected reports in STP, has instructions for finding the error codes and information on some codes.

Have you got my file? I noted it has been removed. I have tried to call the hotline and the waiting time is 65 minutes. I really need some help, please.

Your screenshot was removed as it contained employee information. Please make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.

 

The ATO error CMN.ATO.GEN.XML03 means that there are invalid characters in a either an employee card or payroll category. Invalid characters are [ ] ! # $ % * ; = @ <>\ _ { } ^~`

 

Also check for spaces at the end of names, addresses, email addresses.
