I've already done my first pay on 1st July My file is NOT online so I thought once payroll is completed, I can somehow generate a file and send to ATO. It obviously didn't work that way.I just realised that STP is processed parallel with payrun.
Is there any other way to send the info to ATO?
Thanks for the help!

Hi @Wendy_99
Thank you very much for posting on the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.
It would be fine to simply process and submit your second payrun to the ATO. As STP sends year to date values to the ATO, when you send your second payrun it will also send the values of the first (which are in the YTD amounts).
Our Community Forum Posts on STP may help answer som of your questions:
If you need any further information at all, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi @Stuart_W
I read your comment last week and hoped the pay run would come through on this weeks pay run.....But it didnt.
Should I worry or wait another week in the hope that it would come through?
Please advise.
Note: I received an error message saying "This pay has been recorded, but we couldn't report this payroll information to the ATO. Report this information later via Payroll, Payroll reporting". But it is not in the Payroll Reporting.
Regards
Vivek

Your file doesn't need to be online for you to use STP.
You just need to be using 2018.2.1, have internet access, a my.myob account and have notified the ATO of your software ID.
In your payroll command centre, when you click on Payroll Reporting, do you see a button called Connect to ATO or does it say Payroll Reporting Centre?
