STP reporting is not working, coming up with you need a subscription to use STP.

I have a live subscription for each file but they are all coming coming up with this message when I need to send the STP report.  I have tried to contact support twice, I'm currently on hold for 57mins and now it has just hung up on me.  please help. how do we fix this problem.

  • Serial number 
  • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
