STP

I am trying to connect to ATO to set up STP in Account Right.  Our Account Right is not online and I am the only user.  I keep getting the message - Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company.  Please check with someone in the business who does or call our support team on 1300 555 123.

 

I have posted on this forum twice already and got no answer to my query.  I have also telephoned the number given and sat on hold for nearly an hour and got no answer.  

 

I have seen on this forum that MYOB support will private message to help.  Please help me!
